NV Frankly sweet wine

Been working on this for a few years now. Trying to get the balance of aromatic complexity, sweetness and alcohol concentration.
This is mainly a sweet wine made from riesling juice in 2022, with bits and bobs of other straight pressed and slightly macerated juice samples. Using our own distilled wine we have made a sweet with that has slightly oxidised flor notes due to being in an old french oak barrel untopped for a few years. You then get the intense aromatic riesling component and a nice gentle back note of spirit and sweetness. We really do think this is a great addition to our endless list of wine styles.
