2023 Semillon

The polar opposite of a typical Hunter Valley example, this Semillon is picked with more ripeness, giving it more richness and palate weight. It teases with tropical notes rather than the usual fresh citrus and pith. It’s been available at the bar for a few weeks now and is undoubtedly a favorite among our local crowd, thanks to its generosity and varietal expression.
