2023 Riesling

This masterpiece has been years in the making, as we aimed to craft a style akin to our European counterparts, rather than the Australian steely wines we love or hate. The fruit comes from Cargo Road in Orange, straight-pressed into very old French oak puncheons, where it ferments on full solids and aged in the barrel for two years before bottling. The result is a shockingly stable, layered, and delicate wine. WOWZA!
