2022 chardonnay

Since the rains of 2021 has decrease the amount of organic farming in Orange it has been very difficult to get our hands on Chardonnay. We now are able to get Chardonnay from Canowindra and Mudgee to which this is a blend of. 1 year in our best wood barrels on full lees. Definitely a light Chardonnay, but with so much complexity from the long lees and wood aging! So so so good
